Vox Vera works with a small network of expert coaches on a project basis. We don't actively recruit, but are happy to consider inquiries from performance professionals whose training and work align with ours.
About Our Coaches
Our coaches are substantive experts in voice, performance, and embodied communication, with conservatory-level training and significant professional performing credentials. They support lawyers, executives, public figures, and academics in trial preparation, board presentations, keynote speaking, investor pitches, debates, negotiations, town halls, and other high-stakes communication environments.
Our coaches bring:

Conservatory-level training in voice, acting, or performance, with advanced certification/degree and extensive teaching experience in an established performance methodology such as Patsy Rodenburg, bel canto vocal performance, Meisner, Viewpoints, sports psychology, applied improvisation, or Alexander Technique

Significant experience working with senior leaders in law, business, academia, the arts, or public life; additional professional degrees (JD, MBA, MD, PhD), teaching credentials, or coaching certifications may be relevant

The ability to hold a room with clarity and steadiness, and to work responsively with real-time dynamics across varied personalities, power structures, subject matters, and cultural contexts

A collaborative, intellectually curious working style, with the capacity to operate as part of a coordinated coaching team

Our coaches bring substantive expertise. The work asks them to bring it with equanimity, joy, and deep respect for our clients. We work with brilliant teachers who take their craft seriously and hold their authority lightly.
